A simple wellbeing week plan
If you want to feel better, try this for one week. Just do these simple things over five days.
Monday
Be thankful for something. Just take a couple of minutes to be grateful. Be mindful of how you feel afterwards.
Tuesday
Think about amazing times you’ve had in the past. Spend some time going back to those special memories. Again, be mindful of how you feel afterwards and keep reminding yourself of those great times.
Wednesday
Make some amazing plans. Think of something you’d love to do in future and would look forward to. Reflect on it afterwards and keep it on your mind.
Thursday
Just write out a positive message to someone. You don’t have to send it, just focus on the intention.
Friday
Review your week. Look for the positives and in particular, focus on these things you’ve done.
Try it and see what happens. You’ll probably make this a regular activity.
