Everything I do is shared informally. This means you will have to verify the information with other sources.
To be very clear, this site is not intended to support mental health issues.
If things are getting too much, if you’re struggling to cope or you have a diagnosed condition that is causing concern, you need to reach out for professional support.
If you find you’re unable to cope, this list from Mind should help if you’re in the UK.
When you’re working with someone, I would always ask their advice regarding anything you find online. They should know you and what you’re going through.
For this reason, I will not be able to provide any sort of one-on-one support or give any direct advice to individuals. This applies to all areas of this site including social media and correspondence. I’m sure you’ll understand why this is so important.
I’d also like to point out that I don’t participate in any affiliate schemes. I don’t receive products for review and have no connections with any of the companies, products or services I suggest on the site.
If I ever suggest a product or service, It’s because I genuinely think it will help you. Please verify any information shared here with the organisations involved before making any decisions though.
Finally, I cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies or omissions. I will also not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience that occurs as a result of you using this website or your reliance on its content.
