Four folders on your to do list
If I could just share one idea with you, it would be this one. For me, it’s the perfect demonstration of how getting organised can help us feel better. If you have a to-do list on your device, this idea will transform it.
You simply create four folders:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Yearly
You then place all of your outstanding tasks into them. Suddenly, that overwhelming list of random tasks has become something you can manage. You only need to focus on what’s important right now.
All you have to do to make it work is check the weekly folder once a day, to make sure everything is in place, and the others once a week. The rest of the time, the Daily folder is the only one you need. How easy is that?
The best thing about this idea is that it gives you the confidence that everything is taken care of. You don’t have to worry about all those outstanding tasks, as you’ll be reminded about them when they’re needed.
You’ll need to try this one to see what a difference it makes. For me, it removes so much stress and takes a lot off my mind. I don’t need to worry about forgetting anything or unexpected surprises. It’s taken care of and as I said, I only need to focus on what’s important right now. Try it, see what happens.
