Remember the caveman

This one is different. In this guide, we’ll look at how our bodies have evolved to react to the world around us. Most people aren’t aware of the way this influences their mental health and wellbeing. It explains so much though. You’re going to learn a lot about what’s going on inside you, and what you can do about it.

These videos will look at life through the eyes of a caveman. We’ll cover panic attacks, the chemicals that help us sleep and more importantly, the role of dopamine in our lives. Throughout, I’ll be reminding you to remember the caveman.

Below:

  • I’ll explain why we have panic attacks and what to do about them

  • Highlight how our body tells us its time to rest

  • Show you why we seek rewards and how it makes us feel

Let’s start off by looking at the dangers the caveman is likely to face in his world. We’ll explore how his body reacts to them and what you can do if you have a panic attack.

We’ll now look at how the caveman’s body encourages him to rest. This could help you get a great night’s sleep

Finally, we’ll take a close look at how the caveman’s body encourages him to do things. More importantly, we’ll explore the way it rewards him.

Bringing all of this into Alignment

This is where we connect everything here with what I’ve introduced in the Alignment section. Remember that stress bottle, because this is how remembering the caveman can help you empty it.

This is where I explain how remembering the caveman has help me, and other people.
